The ode to I love the promise of tomorrow,
All the just us two will ever have these memories moments,
The Ice Age II first time you ever tried anything,
I’m glad we made it through after the little fights,
Before forever ends he’ll listen as you chatter or grumble,
As you whine and complain,
As you overanalyze.
They dance in hot tubs and take pictures with your Chihuahua because it looks just like their best friend.
They are supposed to do something when your upset- they are supposed to care
Before forever ends they just want to know you.
They let you wear their clothes,
They’re suppose to tell you things no one else knows,
You can say hell if I care if I look fat in this bathing suit- nothing they haven’t seen before,
They miss you when you’re gone. But they will be with you tomorrow when forever comes.
Whatever forever brings you bring them.
