Last Blood Rose (Reply To A Living Hand)

By: Raven

This dead hand now cold & callous

It’s weakening hold, would, if it were warm

And in the silence of the forest

So pleasure thy days & light those dreamless nights

That thou would wish thine own heart full of life

So in my veins ruby life would depart

And thou be consciousness stirred-see here it is-

Taken away from you the last blood rose
